1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "999k", "we", "us", "our" refers to 999k.games and its licensed operating entity.
• "Platform" means the 999k website, mobile site, applications, and all associated services accessible at 999k.games.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any registered user of the 999k Platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the 999k Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in your 999k Account, comprising real-money funds and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to your Account pursuant to a 999k promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the 999k Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all 999k transactions are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 999k Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting 999k support.

999k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use any service on the 999k Platform. 999k strictly enforces this requirement. Age verification will be conducted at the point of registration and may be required again at any subsequent stage, including before processing any withdrawal request.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 999k Platform is intended for use by players located in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to internationally licensed online gaming platforms is not expressly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 999k is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the 999k Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — will be treated as duplicate accounts. 999k reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated wagers, and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.

3.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated throughout the life of your Account. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify 999k immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 999k will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

999k operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its international licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits are accepted, withdrawals are processed, or bonuses are released. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 999k support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has already been satisfied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT and BTC). All transactions are denominated in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 999k Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which typically occurs within standard banking hours. 999k does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are processed within two (2) hours of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed on the same business day when submitted during standard banking hours. 999k reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the 999k cashier.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

999k is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations as required by its international licensing authority. 999k reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction, request source-of-funds documentation, and to delay or decline any withdrawal where AML concerns arise. Any activity suspected of constituting money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 999k are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirement applicable to the promotion under which they were credited. The Wagering Requirement must be completed within the specified time limit. Bonus Funds that remain subject to a Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games contribute at reduced rates as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

999k monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal actual risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, 999k reserves the right to void associated bonuses and winnings, close the Account, and withhold funds.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General

All bets and wagers placed on the 999k Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or instant games. These product-specific rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

7.2 Sportsbook

All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 999k reserves the right to void any bet where odds have been published due to a technical error, manifest error, or where the outcome was known at the time of the bet. Cricket bets — including PSL, international T20I, ODI, and Test matches — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on the 999k Platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or by live dealer action at certified studio facilities. Published return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot games are verified by independent testing laboratories and represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage, not a guaranteed return on any individual session.

7.4 Final Settlement

999k's decision on the settlement of any bet or game round is final. In the event of a dispute, the electronic records maintained by 999k's systems shall be the definitive record of all activity. Players may raise a formal dispute through the 999k support channel within 30 days of the disputed event.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999k Platform. Engaging in any of the activities below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider knowledge betting, or any form of sports corruption.
• Collusion with other players in casino or poker-style games.
• Systematic arbitrage betting in bad faith intended to exploit promotional terms.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, restriction, or responsible gaming tool implemented by 999k.

9 Responsible Gaming

999k is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under its international gaming licence seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately. Reductions are applied immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous session durations with mandatory break reminders.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term restrict Platform access. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999k Platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, logos, interfaces, and audio-visual material, is the property of 999k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 999k. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business.

999k does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, and third-party outages may cause temporary unavailability. 999k shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

999k's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant event.

12 Privacy & Data

999k collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 999k.games/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

999k uses your data to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC and AML obligations, deliver responsible gaming interventions, communicate with you about your Account and promotions, and improve Platform services. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to 999k.

13 Amendments to These Terms

999k reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 999k will provide notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by our licensing authority or applicable law.

Your continued use of the 999k Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999k holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 999k's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.

For disputes relating to individual bet settlements, Players must raise a formal complaint through 999k's support channel within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. 999k will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
